This is a great referee watch! Let me start off by saying the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does not vibrate. I'm probably wrong in this though since I knew this before purchasing. I do have the Ref Watch Pro that vibrates and I love that watch, but I specifically bought this watch to use for training for the fitness test. The 2X is a bit smaller than the Pro which is nice. I recently upgraded to Regional Referee and the interval training function on this watch worked perfect.
I do use this watch in matches that I don't care if the beep is heard by players. Youth type matches, high school, etc. For higher level adult matches I find myself not wanting to wear this since I don't want any issues with the beeping going off but me deciding to add some time for an attack or whatever might be going on.
Even without the vibration I am very happy with this watch and recommend it to anyone training for the fitness test or okay with a bit of a smaller watch face and no vibration.
